Rihanna’s Abuse Photo (What Actually Happened)

with 11 comments

I was just watching TMZ and they somehow got the picture of Rihanna after her abuse incident. The Los Angeles Police Department has launched an immediate internal investigation because they take the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence very seriously. A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination. TMZ had also previously reported that the argument started when Chris Brown was driving with Rihanna and then received a text message from a woman who he was going to hook up with later (and had previously hooked up with).

Rihanna confronted him, and what did he do? He hit her “so hard with his fists, she could barely open her eyes for the photos — they were almost completely swollen shut. She had a fat lip, her mouth was swollen, her nose was badly bloodied, and she had contusions on her forehead and both sides of her face.” He even made threats to kill her.

TMZ says that this could be the end of Chris Brown’s career (which I REALLY hope), but at the same time this other guy brought up Kobe’s incident and said that it’s possible that people will forget about what has happened. What I have to say is that you can’t compare Kobe having an affair to Chris Brown brutally abusing Rihanna! I actually stopped liking Kobe because he did cheat on his wife, but at least he didn’t physically abuse her! In fact, despite that one time of Kobe cheating on his wife, it seems like he’s always treated her like a princess and has tried making up for his mistake ever since.

Chris Brown actually said “sorry” in a statement.

Sorry’s not good enough. You can’t continuously beat up someone and then the moment she gets help is when you decide to say “sorry”… only to save your career.

What do you guys think?

  2. I agree, of course he’s going to say sorry and sound like an angel now that she’s pressed charges against him. He wasn’t sorry the previous times he beat her up. Nor was he sorry when he threatened to kill her.

  7. It looks horrendous
    a couple of things:
1). Chris Brown didnt say sorry – he sed the incident was unfortunate – he couldn’t say sorry because to do so would be an admission of guilt
2). where is the evidence it has happened before?

It is absolutely awful though and disgusting and sick. I can’t begin to imagine how terrible Rhianna must feel – to be in so much pain but to know the man she loved did it to her – your boyfriend is supposed to protect you

  8. I found it on TMZ. Rihanna said it’s happened several times before, but you can’t have any tangible evidence for that… they’re investigating all of it.

  9. Kobe was actually accused of rape… He never got convicted and I guess settled out of court.

  10. Yeah I know, but if I remember correctly the girl dropped the charges (so she was probably doing it for the money, and it was most likely sex with consent). Trust me, I don’t want to come up with excuses for Kobe because what he did was not right, whether it be rape or cheat, but at least he didn’t beat up the girls.
